$BILL Sweepstakes – Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.
1. Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents worldwide who are eighteen (18) years of age or older (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is greater) at the time of entry, except where prohibited by law. Employees, officers, directors, and representatives of the Sponsor, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, prize suppliers (including any representatives of William Shatner), and members of their immediate family or household (whether related or not) are not eligible to participate. Void in any jurisdiction where prohibited or restricted by law, including (but not limited to) countries subject to U.S. trade sanctions or embargoes, or that otherwise prohibit chance-based promotions. Entrants outside the United States are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with the laws of their country or territory of residence. All monetary values referenced herein are in U.S. Dollars (USD). The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void in Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, and where prohibited or restricted by law. Florida and New York residents are eligible because the total prize value does not exceed $5,000.
2. Agreement to Official Rules
By participating, entrants fully and unconditionally agree to these Official Rules and to Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to this Sweepstakes.
3. Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins October 30, 2025 at 12:01 a.m. PT and ends November 30, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. PT(“Sweepstakes Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official clock for the Sweepstakes.
4. How to Enter
a. $BILL Token Entry (Purchase Method)
During the Sweepstakes Period, each eligible participant will receive one (1) entry per $BILL token held in their eligible Stuff.io account or connected wallet, up to a maximum of 300,000 entries per person for the entire Sweepstakes Period. Sponsor may verify token holdings via one or more blockchain snapshots during the Sweepstakes Period. Transferred or sold tokens after a snapshot will not reduce entries already recorded.
b. No-Purchase Entry (AMOE)
To enter without purchase, visit https://stuff.io/amoe once per calendar day during the Sweepstakes Period and complete the No-Purchase-Necessary Entry Form with your full legal name, mailing address, email address, phone number, and date of birth. Each valid daily submission allows the entrant to select up to 10,000 entries for that day. Limit one (1) AMOE submission per person per calendar day and no more than 300,000 total entries by any combination of purchase and AMOE. Purchases and AMOE entries have equal odds of winning. No purchase necessary. A purchase or payment of any kind will not increase your chances of winning. Entries generated by robotic, repetitive, automatic, programmed, or similar methods, or by sweepstakes entry services, are void. Proof of sending or submitting does not constitute proof of receipt. Sponsor may, in its discretion, reconcile or cap entries to maintain fairness across methods. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to void entries that are incomplete, inaccurate, reproduced, automated, forged, irregular, or suspected of fraud.
5. Selection of Winners
On or about December 9, 2025, Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from among all eligible entries received to select four (4) potential winners. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received, regardless of method of entry.
6. Prize
Four (4) winners will each receive:
- A $1,000 VISA® Gift Card (Approximate Retail Value “ARV”: $1,000); and
- The opportunity to meet William Shatner at a Sponsor-specified time and location (“Meet & Greet”).
Travel, lodging, meals, and any other expenses are not included unless expressly stated by Sponsor in writing. The Meet & Greet is subject to Mr. Shatner’s availability. The prize has no cash equivalent; it is non-transferable and may not be substituted, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable for any reason. Total ARV of all prizes: $4,000.
7. Winner Verification and Notification
All potential winners are subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules.
Sponsor will contact potential winners via the email address or wallet address associated with their Stuff.io account or AMOE entry. Each potential winner must complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability/Publicity Release (where permitted), and IRS Form W-9 within five (5) business days of notification. Potential winners must respond within 72 hours of notification or they may be disqualified.
Failure to provide verification or required documents on time may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. Winner verification required prior to award.
8. Taxes
All federal, state, and local taxes and any expenses not expressly included are the sole responsibility of each winner.
9. General Conditions
All federal, state, and local laws apply. Sponsor may disqualify any individual found tampering with the entry process or acting in violation of these Rules. If the Sweepstakes is compromised by fraud, technical failures, or other causes that corrupt its administration, security, or fairness, Sponsor may cancel, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes and select winners from eligible entries received up to the time of action.
In the event of a dispute as to any entry, the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter will be deemed the entrant.
10. Publicity
Except where prohibited, participation constitutes permission for Sponsor and its designees to use entrant’s name, likeness, voice, city and state of residence, and statements for advertising and promotional purposes in any media worldwide in perpetuity without further compensation or notice.
11. Release and Limitations of Liability
By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and the Promotion Entities from any claim or liability arising out of participation or receipt or use of any prize. In no event shall they be liable for attorneys’ fees or consequential damages. Sponsor is not responsible for printing, typographical, technical, or human errors in these Rules, administration, or winner announcements.
12. Internet / Technology
Sponsor and its agencies are not responsible for malfunctions, errors, lost connections, unauthorized human intervention, or inaccurate capture of entry information. If the internet portion of the Sweepstakes is compromised, Sponsor may cancel or modify and select winners from eligible entries received as of termination.
13. Privacy / Use of Data
Personal data collected in connection with this Sweepstakes will be used in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. By participating, entrants consent to such collection and use.

15. Disputes / Arbitration / Governing Law
a. Arbitration. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules in Collin County, Texas, before a single neutral arbitrator.
b. Governing Law. These Rules and the Sweepstakes are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and applicable U.S. federal law.
c. No Class Actions / Limited Remedies. Arbitration shall proceed on an individual basis only; class arbitrations and class actions are not permitted. The arbitrator may award relief only to the individual party seeking relief.
d. Confidentiality. Except as required by law, neither party nor the arbitrator may disclose the existence, content, or result of any arbitration without prior written consent of both parties.
16. Winners List
Requests for a winners list will be accepted beginning three (3) weeks after the Sweepstakes Period ends. To request the list, email contests@stuff.io with the subject line “Winners List – $BILL Sweepstakes.”
